The model "Billy" is supplied in kit-form. All necessary parts
are in the assembly-box. Detailed building instructions lead
graphically over the individual production steps. These instructions cover the construction of the body kit intended to fit the HBK1 chassis kit and HBK3 and boiler kit as well as HBK12 Billy R/C fittings kit.
All painting is left to the builder using either cellulose or enamel. Spray paints will give the much better finish.

A good special metal primer or etching primer if available, is essential before painting with enamel spray paint.
All parts must be thoroughly cleaned and rubbed down with fine wet and dry paper prior to painting.
